Chocobo Forests
There are seven Chocobo Forests in the world, each one containing Chocobos, Chicibos, and treaure. Squall could locate the Chocbo Forests because of their distinct circle shape. The seven forests are listed below in order from easiest to hardest.

The Beginner's Forest
The Beginner's Forest is the easiest one to solve, and is located next to Shumi Village on Winter Island. Chocoboy's advice is to "try to find a spot where only one falls down." The treasure Squall found in this forest was an Aura Stone.

The Basics Forest
The Basics Forest is the second easiest one to solve, and is at Sorbald Snowfield on Trabia's west coast, south of Shumi Village. Chocoboy's hint is that "you only need to blow the whistle twice." The treasure Squall found here was a Flare Stone.

The Roaming Forest
The Basics Forest is north of Trabia Garden. Chocoboy's advice is to "be careful where the sonar reacts." This forest is fairly easy, and Squall found a Shell Stone and Holy Stone there.

Forest of Fun
A challenging Chocobo Forest that is ease of Edea's House, in the Lenown Plains on the Centra Continent. Chocoboy's clue for this forest is "chocobowling with 4 bottles, 1 ball." Squall found a Meteor Stone, Flare Stone, and an Ultima Stone in this forest.

Forest of Solitude
A very simple, yet frustrating Chocobo Forest. There is only one Chicobo in this forest, but he is very hard to find. Chocoboy's advice for this forest is to "search carefully where the Sonar reacts." Squall found a Protect Stone and a Meteor Stone in this Forest.

The Enclosed Forest

The Chocobo Sanctuary
There actually isn't a puzzle at all in this, but it is hard to get there. To get there, Squall needed to get a Chocbo from The Roaming Forest, and head across the ocean into the Grandidi Forest. It was useless for Squall to come here until he had solved all of the other Chocobo Forests. Once he did that, he went here and talked to a Chocobo, and received the Chicobo card. He then talked again and got some Gyahl Greens, but the Chocobo stole 600 Gil from him for taking it.

Their dream was to raise SeeDs from the Garden, and use them to help the world. Cid had married Edea years ago, knowing she was a Sorceress, but he didn't care. When Edea was possessed and left Cid, he continued to lead the Garden, being a great role model for all of the students there. When Squall, Selphie, and Zell became SeeDs, he sent them to Timber, which was the beginning of their epic quest. When Edea became a threat to the world, he made the hard choice of telling the SeeDs that she must be destroyed. He had worried initially that the Garden's purpose might eventually be to kill her, but she had laughed at the idea. Cid realized that the Garden's true goal was to defeat the Sorceress, even if it was his wife. It was Cid who had the idea to go down in the shelter, making the Garden mobile and saving everyone from the missiles. While the Garden was flying, he made Squall the new leader of the Garden, and when he defeated Edea and she became good again, he left the Garden and stayed with her at her house.
