Kingdom Hearts 2
Magic
Magic
Like any good Role-playing game, Kingdom Hearts II uses the Magic system to provide an atlernative to the frantic button mashing that is seen in normal combat. Unlike the previous game, Magic is scaled, and grows especially powerful when in Drive forms, with the exception of Valor and Anti Forms; often this is accompanied by a new animation and increased damage and area of effect. Magic may also be used as a Finishing move, increasing damage and area of effect.
The Magic itself grows based on the collection of Magic Elements, which improves your spell by one grade based on how many elements you have obtained. This is a deviation from the original game, where defeating one enemy would provide you with the spell regardless of what has been obtained previously.
