EoFF Glossary
Here lies a glossary of terms and phrases used over the years at EoFF.
- Admin: See- Scandal; Liar; Uncoolage; Unfair; Hate; Devil; Satan; Force of Darkness; Socs; Commujism; The time that Russia overruled The last Czar and everything went bad; bad stuff See also- No one's holding a gun to your head to post here.
- BLEYS IS PANTS: Term used in the General Chat description for a while. It was pretty freaking awesome. Holds no real signifgence.
- brillian: Term coined by Big Ogre Umaro, meaning the exact same thing as “brilliant”. Definitely not a typo.
- elitism: A “Maxxism”, used to describe any thread or inside joke relating to CK's/Admins/Site Staff/Really Oldbies. (see MaxxPower).
- Faster Skating: A pastime to many. Men are usually better at this then females due to their practice and determination in the hobby. Unlike many popular pastimes, the goal of the 'game' is not “finishing first”.
- goomba:
The greatest smilie ever created, and subject to massive oppression by the EoFF staff. Correction: March 10th, Goomba Day, Goombas are no longer blicklined.
- *licks* : A formal welcoming in #eoff.
- limh: Term meaning, “laughing in my head”
- lol yeh rikku is hawtsex: FFX-2 forum lingo. Learn.
- LUA: Term meaning, “Laughs Until Asthma”. It was originally spread by Omnislasher Draco.
- Pants: A cuss word far worse than any other.
- pimp:
The ACTUAL greatest smilie ever created. It is the proud symbol of our EZBoard heritage, and is also subject to massive oppression by the EoFF staff.
- Points: A system of rewarding other members. As in: “1000 Giga Points to…..”
- pr00t: See Agent Proto
- Pull a Marick: To start a project and then drop it halfway through.
- Root Beer Forum: Nickname for the Art Forum due to it being formerly know as Arts & Writing or A&W. A&W is a brand of root beer, hence the name Root Beer Forum.
- skwiwoo: BoB-ish for the word 'squirrel'.
- smurfin': Term used to replace a much less appropriate one. It's rather fun to say in an accent used by the Scots.
- Soc: The sworn elitist enemies of BAoTW. Not much is known about these shadowy figures. See: Loony BoB.
- Trout: Blunt object used for attacking other members.
- W!: Said by the W! pirate gang instead of “Y'ARRRR!”
- Y'ARRR!: Phrase said by pirates and strawberryman.
