Popping up from out of nowhere, the EoFF Sniper went on a rampage of terror across the boards, sniping whomever rubbed him up the wrong way. When the elections came around, the EoFF Sniper promptly joined the only party that would have him, the Goatsecs party, and as his job within said organisation entailed, his killing spree increased exponentially, taking out any and all opposition to the might that is Goatsecs.

After being deleted from EoFF by Scottie, the EoFF Sniper was last sighted in the Washington area…

In all truthfulness, the EoFF Sniper arose from a running joke amongst the regular forum members, where they'd say something stupid and interrupt it with *sniped* or something to that effect. The question was though, who was it that did all the sniping? So stepped forth the EoFF Sniper, shrouded in mystery, to claim responsibility for all snipings past, present and future. After a while, debate started about just who the person behind the EoFF Sniper account was, and while said person's identity was eventually revealed, many refuse to talk about it in fear of the EoFF Sniper returning and silencing them once and for all.

Actually, the whole sniper thing started in a thread in Eyes on Each Other on the topic of whether “penis” was an all right word to say. In the interest of making a point, Kishi said that he felt that “pants” was a more offensive word than “penis.” BOU responded with a mock-newbish post consisting of all manner of ridiculous insults to Kishi, including reference to “you're many guy friends,” and at the end, in mid-sentence, typed, “*gets shot by a sniper*.” After that, people ran with it because they're bastards with barren imaginations and chronic depression as a result of constantly yearning to be half as witty as BOU.
