The Man, also known as Aaron, post-whored for most of 2002, missed being Knighted by one vote, got involved in a bunch of dramatic arguments, a few of which he was even personally responsible for, and eventually rode off into the sunset when he got a life and realised that drama was kind of dumb. He won a bunch of Ciddies once, including Best Newbie, Most Likely to Become a Cid's Knight, and Second Best Male (to Dr Unne). He can be found at his message board, Fool's Gold, which is still frequented by a number of EoFF regulars.

(BooB) It is notable that by saying “missed being Knighted by one vote”, Aaron is actually displaying his most common misunderstanding of something that he was once told. He actually missed out by many votes, something similar to a 6-5 or 7-6 or 8-7 vote (I can't remember just how many people were involved in the vote), in which one more member voted against him than those that voted for him becoming a Knight. However, it is notable that Knighting is not based on a majority vote, but a complete vote where every member of the existing Staff must be satisfied with the new Knight. Should any one member of Staff state that they will not stand for a person such as Aaron to become a Knight, Aaron will not become a Knight. The nincompoop just doesn't really get that. *pat*

The Man, The CBA, The member, Eoff sure is lucky to have such a member to grace the forums. A certain member that the name is not worth mentioning hopes he can stay in EoFF and continue to grace the forums with his posts!
