Added a section so you can find the major sections more easily. I just looked at the recent changes pages, so if you see any other big headers, go ahead and add those in! Also, I started editing the stylesheet. I have to go to a bunch of dumb stuff right now, so it's kinda unfinished, but I thought it might inspire you guys. Well, it's all done and over with now, and it didn't even take me a full hour. I started at 1:36 and was done at 2:34. I got rid of all unnecessary stuff, and fixed everything else. Piece of cake.
